摘要
为电力网络中的潮流计算建立了线性潮流模型,将各个线路上的有功潮流表示为各电机组出力的线性函数.同时从电网安全要求出发建立了电网阻塞赔偿体系,在预案的制定中,找到了核心表格,建立了核心表格模型,给出了分配预案和相应的购电费用.结果表明,为保证电网安全运行,阻塞管理方法必须建立在市场竟争的基础之上,以市场为导向,为市场参与者提供经济信号,从而尽量减少阻塞费用.
The linear trend model of electric power network power flow calculation is established,each on a line will be active trend to express,and as the linear function of all the electric generators,at the same time from power grid safety requirements established grid block compensation system,in the plan formulation,found the core form,core form model and the distribution plan and draw were given.The results showed,the corresponding payment not only to ensure the safe operation of the power grid,and grid and congestion management methods must be established on the basis of market competition,market-oriented,to provide economic signals to market participants,thereby to reduce the congestion expenses as much as possible.
