摘要
为确保难动用矿产资源回采过程的安全性和高效性,实现对开采过程中顶板、矿柱内部应力、应变的实时监测,基于虚拟仪器LabVIEW技术,开发了一套难动用矿产资源开采监测系统.该系统建立了基于无线传感器网络的监测方案,建立了包括信号采集、信号分析、监测结果显示、数据库管理等模块的虚拟仪器系统,采用随机数产生函数为监测系统建立模拟输入,验证了已建立的监测系统的可行性.该系统理论上实现了对难动用矿产资源开采过程的实时监测,有助于寻求矿山实时监测的有效方法.
To make a safe and effective production in mining difficult-to-production resources,a monitoring system was developed based on LabVIEW,which can monitor stress and strain inside roof and pillar in real time.The system consisted of signal collection,signal analysis,results showing and database management.The signal transfers by wireless sensor network.With feasibility test by inputting random numbers,the monitoring system was proved useful.Therefore,real-time monitoring for difficult-to-production resources was realized theoretically.The system contributes to looking for an effective way for real-time monitoring.
