摘要
根据5 802工作面火成岩墙侵入情况,提出了预掘岩墙空巷的工作面过岩墙技术方案.确定了空巷掘进的时空参数;设计空巷锚杆(索)联合支护方案,采用树脂注浆加固空巷围岩;工作面采用伪斜推进,逐段分区通过岩墙.现场施工结果表明:工作面通过岩墙期间,除局部围岩应力集中明显外,工作面及回采巷道围岩稳定性均得到有效控制,形成了一套快速、安全通过岩墙的技术方案,为其他矿井解决类似问题提供了较好的工程借鉴.
According to situation of the dyke invasion in 5802 face,this paper put forward a technical proposal of passing through dyke by using the pre-excavation of abandoned roadway.The study determined the spatial and temporal parameters of abandoned roadway excavation,designed combined support program with bolt(cable),reinforceing surrounding rock by resin injection.The face passes through dyke by means of pseudo-inclined promoting,piecewise and division.The field application shows that in the period of passing through the dyke,in addition to stress concentration in local surrounding rock,the stability of surrounding rock in the face and roadway has been controlled effectively.It forms a set of fast,safe technical scheme of passing through the dyke.It can be referred to the similar constructions for other mines.
