风力发电场风险评价单元划分模型的构建与应用

Construction and application of wind farm risk evaluation unit model

为更好的进行风力发电场风险评价单元划分研究,采用系统理论方法,在分析风力发电场风险评价单元的层次模型、集合模型和关联网模型基础上,从理论上构建了风力发电场风险评价单元划分的层次模型、集合模型和关联网线模型.研究结果表明:三种评价单元划分模型思想在对一个复杂系统的实际应用中可以结合应用,对不同的系统、不同的评估方法可采用不同的评价单元划分模型,也可混合使用,会得到更好的评价单元划分结果.该成果对风力发电场风险评价单元划分研究提供了新的思路,具有一定的参考价值.

In order to research wind farm risk evaluation unit division,the paper Construction the level model,collection model and relevant networking model with the application of system theory method on the analysis of the hierarchical model of wind farm risk evaluation units model.The results show that three evaluation units model can be used for different evaluation units classification according to the different systems and different evaluation methods.The study of the wind farm risk evaluation unit division put forward a new research thinking method,and it has some reference value.
