摘要
针对现场分布式电机的运行特征,设定远程监控系统的检测要求和控制目标,采用具有CAN总线功能的上位机对电机状态进行检测和控制,设计相应的硬件控制电路.结果表明:上位机采用计算机能将远程现场的电机状态显示在监控器上,并发出控制命令和驱动报警电路;信令传输采用CAN总线结构,使通信具有很强的纠错功能和抗干扰能力;下位机采用单片机作为现场监控,能灵活控制电机的运行状态;传感器采用霍尔元件能有效地将电机的运行情况传送给单片机;直流电机驱动采用PWM电路,交流电机驱动采用SPWM电路,能够实现对电机的稳定调速.该系统对远程控制研究具有一定的参考价值.
Focusing on distributed motor running characteristics,this study specified testing requirements and control objectives of the remote monitoring and control system,utilized PC with CAN bus functionality to test the state of motors and control them,and designed hardware control circuit.The results show that motor status of the remote site can be displayed on the monitor by using the computer as the host machine,at the same time,forming control commands and driving alarm circuit;Signal transmission uses the CAN bus so that communication has a strong error correction and anti-jamming capacity;Guest machine uses single-chip microcomputer as site monitoring,it can flexibly control motor running;Sensors use Hall components.They can effectively send the running station of the motors to the SCM;The driver circuits of DC motors use PWM and the AC motors’ use SPWM circuits to achieve stable speed.The system has some reference value on the research of remote control.
