摘要 在模拟电路设计阶段,可以应用电路分析软件OrCAD方便地得到所有元件的单参数灵敏度,但是无法得到实际应用中更重要的多参数灵敏度,也无法直观地比较两种拓扑结构的模拟电路灵敏度优劣.针对此问题,提出了用电路分析软件OrCAD和MATLAB相结合进行模拟电路多参数灵敏度分析的方法.实例分析结果表明:此方法可以对模拟电路进行直观地最坏情况分析、Schoeffler分析和蒙特卡洛统计分析,并能较好地比较多种电路结构之间灵敏度的优劣.该成果对模拟电路的设计具有一定的参考价值和指导意义. Sensitivity is one of the important indicators of analog circuit.In analog circuit design phase,single parameter sensitivity can be conveniently obtained by circuit analysis software OrCAD.However,multi-parameters sensitivity which is more important in the actual application couldn't be obtained directly by OrCAD,neither the comparison of sensitivity can be obtained between two kinds of analog circuit topological structure.A method was proposed in this paper to obtain multi-parameters sensitivity by combining OrCAD with MATLAB,and an example was given to illustrate how to compare the pros and cons of sensitivity between different circuit structures.
