摘要 针对在紧急救援期最短完成时间对救援物资运输的重要性,建立了基于最短完成时间的多目标0-1混合整数规划模型,考虑运输工具有限等约束条件,采用二分法搜索最优的选址-路径方案及相应的调运量.结果表明:模型算法快速可行地减少了迭代次数,通过算例验证模型符合救援物资运输的时效性与弱经济性,从而为救援物资运输最短完成时间的决策提供了一种切实有效的方法,也为后续救援工作争取了宝贵的时间. Due to the importance of minimum time of completion to emergency goods transportation during the emergency period,this paper set up a multi-objective 0-1 mixed-integer linear programming model based on minimum time of completion,and considered the limited means of transport as constraints,and utilized dichotomy to search the optimal location-routing scheme and the corresponding transportation volume.The results show that the method decreases iterative times of calculation feasibly and quickly,and an experimental example verifies that the model is in line with the timelines and weak economy of emergency goods transportation,provides an effective method for emergency goods transportation decision of minimum time of completion and also strives for the precious time for the subsequent rescue work.
