摘要
为分析矿井火区内混合气体爆炸危险性及其变化趋势,介绍混合气体爆炸分析新方法——爆炸四方图.基于Ellicott爆炸四方图思想,重新设计爆炸四方图算法,对第二象限与第三象限进行重新划分,将不同时间下的火区气体分析结果都统一到同一个固定四边形区域中,从而在爆炸四方图上对气体组份进行连续分析,使其更有助于制定矿井火灾救灾方案.运用爆炸四方图软件分析了现场矿井火灾救灾过程中的实测数据.研究结果表明:使用爆炸四方图不仅可以有效对多种可燃气体与多种惰气的混合气体进行爆炸危险性判断,还可以清晰地分析矿井火区爆炸危险性的变化趋势.
In order to analyze mixed gas explosion risk and its change trend in mine fire zone, the paper introduced a new method of mixed gas explosion analysis- explosion quartet figure. It designed the algorithm of explosion quartet figure based on the idea of Ellicott explosion quartet figure and divided the second quadrant and third quadrant newly. And then it unified the gas analysis results of fire zone under different time into the same fixed quadrilateral area, thus it can do continuous analysis of gas composition in the explosion quartet figure, which makes it more conducive to mine fire disaster relief decision. The paper used the software of explosion quartet figure to analyze the measured data in the process of mine fire disaster relief. The result shows that using explosive quartet figure can not only effectively do explosion risk judgment of mixed gas of a variety of combustible gases and inert gases, but also can clearly analyze the change trend of explosion risk in mine fire zone.
