摘要
将国际上大力倡导发展的3D打印技术中的一种-选择性激光熔化(Selective Laser Melting,SLM)技术用于多孔金属的制造,具体研究通过改变激光扫描方式产生规则可控孔隙的方法,采用电子扫描显微方法进行检测,分析激光扫描工艺对于孔隙特征的影响.结果表明:采用SLM制造方法可形成多种特征孔隙结构多孔金属,并能够制造复杂多孔金属零件,拓宽了多孔金属材料的应用领域.
Porous metal was made by Selective Laser Melting(SLM), one of 3D printing technologies and highly advocated in the world. Regular –controlled manufacturing process of metal pores was studied through changing the scan forms of fiber laser. Through the test of Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM), the effects from scanning process on the characters of pores were analyzed. The results show that multiple types of pores can be made by SLM, and complex structure metal porous patterns can also be produced,therefore the application field is enlarged.
