底板采动破坏深度实测与模拟 被引量:17

摘要 针对煤矿底板突水问题,确定底板采动破坏深度是评价底板是否突水的重要因素之一.以山东东山矿业王楼煤矿11 301工作面为工程背景,采用钻孔双端堵水设备对工作面底板破坏深度进行了现场实测.基于FLAC3D数值模拟软件,根据王楼煤矿11 301工作面地质条件建立了数值模型,对该工作面底板应力场变化及底板变形破坏规律进行了数值仿真.研究结果表明:现场实测工作面开采后底板采动破坏深度为12.9 m,模拟结果显示底板破坏深度在12~15 m.实测结果与数值模拟结果相吻合,说明所建模型可以为相似条件下工作面开采底板破坏深度进行预测,为底板承压水上安全开采提供基础资料,对预防底板水害有一定的指导意义. In view of the mine inrush water problem, determining the depth of floor mining failure is one of the important factors in evaluation of floor water inrush. Based on the engineering background of 11301 working face in WangLou coal mine of Shandong dongshan mining co., LTD, the field measurement was finished by using drill double-side water blocking device for floor deformation and failure depth. Based on numerical simulation software FLAC3D, according to the geological condition of 11301 working face in WangLou coal mine, the numerical model was established and stress field and deformation of base plate damage of the floor was studied.The results show that WangLou coal mine 11301 working face floor failure depth is 12.9 m, simulation results show that the floor damage depth is about 12~15m. The results of numerical simulation are consistent with measured results, and show that the model can provide certain basis of the accident prediction before mining for similar conditions mines. As the basic data for estimating mining above confined water, the research results has certain guiding significance for preventing floor water disasters.
