以参加第30届奥运会单杠决赛的选手为研究对象,采用文献资料法和录像分析法,对世界男子单杠技术发展的新趋势及特征等进行研究,结果表明:高难度的空翻及其连接已经成为运动员提高D分的首选,飞行类的G组动作和"D组难度以上"动作之间的直接连接将成为提高成套D分价值的主要趋势;动作连接仍将以较低难度的"二连接"为主,多个动作的连接和高难度的连接也将被更多的优秀运动员逐渐采用;完成的高质量动作和动作编排的前瞻性是获得好成绩的保证。

Using the horizontal bar final players and game moves of the 30th Olympic Games as the research objective,this article by using the methods of documents and video observation,analyzes and researches the development trend and characteristics of World men's horizontal bar technology.The result shows that:highly difficult movements already been the first choose of players to improve D points,the team G movements of flight and the 'difficult above team D'will be the main trend to improve D point; movement connected still using'two connected',multiple movement and high difficult connected will be using by the excellent athlete; the high quality movements and movement arrangement are the guarantee of good score.
