摘要
针对船舶调距桨液压系统大流量下的温度控制问题,分析了船舶调距桨液压系统热力学特性,采用平均油温法估算液压系统平衡温度,建立了某船舶调距桨液压系统温度计算模型,得到了在不同海水冷却端流量、海水冷却端温度以及环境温度等情况下液压系统的温升规律,为系统设计提供理论依据。
This paper analyzes the thermal problems about the hydraulic system for a controllable pitch propeller in the condition of high flow and introduces the thermal-dynamic properties of the hydraulic system for controllable pitch propeller. Applying the average oil temperature method to evaluate the balanced temperature of the hydraulic system, then using AMESim engineering software to establish the thermal-hydraulic model to analyze the thermal- dynamic properties of the hydraulic system in different conditions.
