摘要
针对轧钢设备和轧钢生产线的液压系统设计,提出了一种基于Excel表的设计方法,实现系统流量自动计算、液压阀通径和金属管路自动选择,从而简化设计流程,提高设计效率。
A method based on Excel is proposed, which is designed for hydraulic system of rolling equipments as well as rolling line. The system flow, valve normal size and steel pipe line can be calculated automatically and easily, which makes design simple, efficient and standard, and cuts the cost of production.
