摘要
介绍了一种专门用于控制全桥式2D电液比例换向阀的比例控制器,叙述了其电源电路、模拟量输入接口电路、数字量输入接口电路、PWM功率放大电路及电流检测电路等硬件电路的设计,论述了其软件系统的主要工作流程,并对该比例控制器的输入输出特性进行了测试。测试结果表明,该比例控制器具有良好的稳态控制性能。
The main content of this paper is the design of a proportion controller used in one kind of 2D electro-hydraulic proportional direction valve-2D electro-hydraulic proportional direction valve with a simplified full-bridge pilot and a pretended spool.This paper illustrates the design of hardware circuit of proportion controller,such as the power circuit,the analog input interface circuit,the PWM power amplifier circuit,and current sensing circuit.Also,the design of the software system of this proportion controller is discussed in this paper.Finally,the input-output characteristics of this proportion controller is tested and the result shows that this proportion controller has good steady-state performance.
