摘要
叉车举升装置工作时产生可观的重力势能,普通叉车通常忽略了这部分能量,致其白白损耗掉,能量利用效率低下,同时也使液压系统发热,缩短了液压元件的使用寿命。通过对液压蓄能器的合理使用,构造出一种将重力势能转化为液压能存储和再利用的节能模型,并在多学科领域系统仿真软件SimulationX上建立了该模型进行仿真。
Forklift’s lifting device working bring considerable gravitational potential energy,the ordinary forklift usually ignore this part of energy,which have lost,energy use efficiency is low,but also makes the hydraulic system fever,impact on the service life of hydraulic components.Based on the rational use of hydraulic accumulator,construct a gravitational potential energy into energy saving model of hydraulic energy storage and reuse,and this model is realized on SimulationX,which is the simulation software for multidisciplinary systems.Simulation and compute result show that the energy saving effect of this system is good.
