摘要 针对奥斯麦特铅熔炉烟气流量和浓度呈周期性变化的特点,提出采用一转一吸工艺制酸,然后通过离子液脱硫技术对制酸尾气进行处理。离子液再生解吸出的高纯度二氧化硫液化后储存,需要时气化后加到进入转化器的烟气中,以获得φ(SO2)6%以上的稳定烟气,保证制酸系统的稳定运行。 A single-absorption process for sulphuric acid production followed by a tail gas treatment system using ionic liquid desulphurization technology is proposed according to the features of periodic change in flow rate and concentration of off-gas from AUSMELT lead smelter.Pure SO2 obtained by stripping during the regeneration of ionic liquid was stored after liquefaction and added to gas entering converter after vaporization as required to provide a feed gas with rather constant flow and SO2 concentration of above 6 vol%,ensuring smooth operation of sulphuric acid plan.
