介绍了广东湛化300 kt/a硫精砂制酸装置的设计及运行情况。装置以w(S)约50%的芬兰进口硫精砂为原料,采用"3+2"二转二吸工艺生产硫酸。沸腾炉设有后室和独立的沸腾床,以对沸腾炉本体排出的渣进行冷却,所回收的渣热用于提高中压蒸汽产量。

The design and operation of Zhanjiang Chemical’s 300 kt/a pyrite concentrate-fed sulphuric acid plant are described.The plant was fed on pyrite concentrate with S content of about 50 wt% imported from Finland and designed to operate with 3+2 double absorption process.The roaster was equipped with a post chamber,in which an independent fluid bed was installed for cooling the slag discharging from the bulk roaster and the heat recov ered was use to increase production of midium-pressure steam.
