硫酸装置污酸污水生物制剂处理系统的工程设计

摘要 介绍了某冶炼厂硫酸装置采用"石灰预中和"加"硫化钠预脱铊"加"生物制剂深度处理"3级处理工艺处理污酸污水的工程设计,详述了工艺流程和设备配置。试运行结果表明,出水有害物质浓度达到GB 25466—2010《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》要求;ρ(Tl)<0.05 mg/L,满足当地环保部门要求;钙离子浓度可控;出水可直接回用或经膜处理后深度回用。 The engineering design of a treatment system of waste acid and waste water from a smelter’s sulphuric acid plant using a 3-stage process consisting of pre-neutralization by lime + pre-removal of thallium by sodium sulphide + deep treatment by biologics is described with respect to its process and equipment arrangement.Trial operation showed that the concentration of hazardous substances in effluent water met GB 254-2010 Emission standard of pollutants for lead and zinc industry,with thallium content less than 0.05 mg/L,which was stipulated by local environmental protection department,and adjustable Ca content.The effluent water could be reused directly or at the deeper level after membrane treatment.
