摘要 介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司荆门分公司65 kt/a硫化氢制酸装置气体冷却塔存在问题及技术改造情况。原气体冷却塔采用碳钢内衬铅板和耐酸砖结构,气体进口管采用钢对钢连接,生产中出现稀硫酸腐蚀泄漏问题。技术改造采用玻璃钢塔取代碳钢塔,气体进口管采用玻璃钢内部搪铅和衬耐酸砖结构,并设置膨胀节。改造后气体冷却塔运行正常,降温效果显著,腐蚀泄露问题得到彻底解决。 The problems with gas cooling tower and related technical transformation in SINOPEC Jingmen Company’s 65 kt / a hydrogen sulphide-burning sulphuric acid plant are described.The original gas cooling tower consisted of carbon steel shell lined with lead plate and acid-resistant brick.The gas inlet tube was connected in the form of steel to steel and encountered with corrosion and leakage in operation.A technical transformation was conducted by using a FEP tower to replace the carbon steel one.Gas inlet tube was constructed of FEP with internal lead-evading player and acid-resistant brick liner and had an expansion joint.After transformation,the gas cooling tower ran well and cooling efficiency was significantly improved without any corrosion and leakage.
