摘要
随着新一轮"本科教学质量工程"的启动,高校教师教学能力培训已经引起了社会各界的极大关注和重视,但是高校教师教学能力培训的效果却还不够理想。通过对广西高校教师的抽样问卷调查,分析目前高校教师教学能力培训中存在的问题以及影响高校教师教学能力培训效果的因素,从而提出提高高校教师教学能力培训效果的策略建议。
With the new launching of the undergraduate teaching quality project, the teaching ability training of teachers in colleges and universities has attracted great attention. Nevertheless, the result of the ability training is still not ideal. By a sampling questionnaire survey of the teachers in colleges and universities in Guangxi, the problems existing currently in the teaching ability training of the teachers and the factors that exert influence on the training are discussed. And the means that can be applied to achieve perfect results in the teaching ability training are developed.
