摘要
高校青年教师专业发展的现实困境有:在生活上,面临着婚育、住房、经济等多重压力;在教学上,缺乏实际教学经验以及实践技能指导;在科研项目申报和职称晋升上,因学术"潜规则"而处于劣势地位;其它"兼职"过度服务现象严重。高校要结合青年教师专业发展阶段的特点以及学习范式的辩证关系,追求内、外因相结合,挖掘动力源,增强自主发展意识,促进青年教师的自主发展;打造助推器,建立独具特色的教师教学发展中心、完善各项制度以及营造宽松的发展环境;动力源和助推器两者齐头并进共同促进青年教师的可持续发展。
Professional development of young teachers in colleges and universities are facing multiple realistic predicaments: living pressures from marriage, housing, finance; lack of practical teaching experience and practice guidance in teaching; scientific research and the academic title promotion being at a disadvantage because of the hidden rules of academics; serious negative effects from excessive part-time jobs. The colleges and universities should consider the dialectical relationship between characteristics of the professional development stages of young teachers and learning paradigm, combine the internal reasons with external ones, excavate the power source, enhance the consciousness of independent development, and promote independent development of young teachers. Also, colleges and universities should establish booster, set up unique teacher education development center, perfect all the relevant systems and construct relaxed development environment. Thus, the parallel development of power source and booster will promote the sustainable development of young teachers.
