Micro-vision Analysis of the Liberal Arts Students' Employability in Colleges and Universities

大学生就业难已经成为一个社会性问题,文科生就业难尤其突出,其中既有社会层面的因素,也有学生自身知识结构等方面的因素。正确分析文科生的特点,科学分解文科生的就业所需要的各种能力,从而建立文科生就业能力提升的路径图,提出文科生就业能力提升方案,对在一定程度上解决文科生就业难问题将有很大帮助。特别是在学生工作一线上,从"微视野"出发找到合适的文科生就业力培养方式。

Employment of college students, especially students of the arts, has become a serious social problem,which lies in the social factors as well as the knowledge structure of students. Based on the correct analysis of the characteristics of the arts students and scientific research into the capabilities required by the employment of the arts students, it tries to establish the roadmap and put forward the plan of improving the arts students' employability, and thus to some extent resolve the difficulty in employment of the arts students. Also, it attempts to find out an appropriate cultivation mode of employability from the micro-vision of staff in the front line of student work.
