高校学生社团管理现状调查分析与对策研究——基于山东省10所高校的实证研究

The Analysis and Countermeasure Research of Investigation into Present College Student Association Management ——Based on the Empirical Study of 10 Colleges and Universities in Shandong Province

通过对山东省10所高校学生社团建设与管理现状的调查分析,发现社团存在管理规章形同虚设、社团发展不平衡、品牌精英意识淡薄、社团发展缺乏方向传承性、活动原创力不强等诸多弊病,提出建立健全工作监管、权益保障、人才培养、文化培育、品牌保障、激励与约束等,创新管理机制,实现社团科学化、规范化发展。

Through investigation and analysis of construction and present management of student associations in10 colleges and universities of Shandong Province, it is found that a series of problems exist in many student communities, such as nonfunctional rules, unbalanced development, weak brand and elite consciousness, lack of development direction and continuity, shortage of original activities, and so on. In view of the existing problems, it is suggested that, in order to realize the scientific and normalized development of student associations,management should be reinforced and innovated to improve supervision of work, protection of rights and interests, talent cultivation, culture fostering, brand guarantee as well as encouragement and constraint.
