重介旋流器入料方式探讨

摘要 对重介旋流器内部颗粒进行运动和受力分析,提出有压重介旋流器内部颗粒的主要运动是轻颗粒的单向运动,运用理论公式验证了旋流器实际分选密度高于悬浮液密度,在有压入料方式下实际分选密度更高。旋流器有效分选下限与其内部离心力场的强弱相关,相比之下,适当增加重介旋流器的入料压力,可降低分选下限,提高分选精度。 The particle's movement and mechanics in the dense media cyclone were analyzed, a proposal that the single direction movement of the light particles was the main movement of particles in the pressure feed dense media cyclone was put forward, which proved that the substantial separating density of cyclone media was higher than the density of suspension, the substantial separating density would be even more higher when the pressure feed dense cyclone media was used. The effective lower separating limit of cyclone was related to the centrifuge field in it, thus, appropriate increase of dense medium cyclone filling pressure can reduce separation threshold, and increase the sorting accuracy.
