膨胀剂动态加载模拟煤与瓦斯突出

摘要 装入受限空间的膨胀剂发生水化反应后体积膨胀,对周围介质可以产生50 MPa以上的压力,其压力增加过程具有瞬间突变的动力特征。煤与瓦斯突出是煤层中储存的弹性应变在应力条件改变时的突然释放。试验将膨胀剂置于煤体中,依靠膨胀剂加载的动力特性再现了煤与瓦斯突出的物理过程。试验研究表明,受限空间膨胀剂内部加载的试验方法可以真实地营造煤体的受力状态和煤体突出的边界条件,是研究煤与瓦斯突出问题理想的试验方法。 When expansive agent was put into limited space, its volume can expand after hydration reaction. The pressures caused by the expansion can reach to more than 50 MPa to ambient medium, and its increasing process was in the nature of typical dynamic character. The reason caused coal and gas outburst was that elastic strain energy stored in coal seam originally releasing suddenly when the condition of stress was changed. The physical process of coal and gas outburst was simulated in the test through expansive agent dynamic loading. The results indicated that the test method of dynamic loading of expansive agent in limited space can simulate the coal stress and boundary conditions of outburst truly, which was a good test method to study the coal and gas outburst problems.
