摘要 以亚硫酸氢钠与氢氧化钠为原料合成固体型甲醛消除剂,以干燥器作为模拟室,在模拟室中进行甲醛消除剂捕捉甲醛的实验。考察了捕捉时间和亚硫酸氢钠与氢氧化钠的比值对甲醛消除率的影响。实验结果表明,当反应时间为40 h、NaHSO3与NaOH的比值为10时,甲醛消除率最大。 The solid formaldehyde scavenger was synthesized using sodium bisulfite and sodium hydroxide.An airer was used as a imitative air chamber, and in it, the experiments of scavenging formaldehyde with the scavenger were proceeded.The effects of the scavenging time and the ratio of sodium bisulfite to sodium hydroxide on the inhibited rate of formaldehyde were investigated. The experimental results indicated that while the scavenging time was 40 hours and the ratio of sodium bisulfite to sodium hydroxide was 10,the scavenging rate was the best.
