摘要
针对软煤层开采中,顶板破碎、片帮较严重时,特别是在采空区极近距离下有效控制管理端面顶板的问题,白皎煤矿利用液压支架自行改造焊接的半圆环将工字钢稳固在支架顶梁下,通过给支架上"刺刀"的方法,对端面顶板进行支护,加大支架对顶板的控制范围,有效解决了上述生产技术难题,为类似情况下的支护提供了借鉴经验。
Based on roof breakage and serious rib spalling in soft coal seam mining, especially in the mined-out area extremely close with goaf, how to effectively control tip-to-face roof was a problem, Baijiao mine used hydraulic support welding half circle stabilized under the support beam, through 'bayonet' approach to support the tip-to-face roof bolting,increased support for roof control, effectively solved the production technology problem, provided the referential experience for the similar situation.
