摘要
针对"开采自燃倾向性煤层时,必须编制相应防灭火措施"的相关规定,以常兴煤业为例,分析了其采取防灭火措施的必要性,并结合常兴煤业开采煤层的自燃倾向性、地质条件等实际情况,以及《煤矿安全规程》《矿井防灭火规范(试行)》等相关规程、规定,提出了以喷洒阻化剂为主,灌浆为辅的"监测预报+喷洒阻化剂+灌浆"综合防灭火技术,并在现场进行应用。实践表明,该防灭火措施效果显著,保障了常兴煤业防灭火工作的顺利进行,为其他存在自然发火危险矿井的防灭火工作提供了现实依据。
Based on the relevant provisions "mine self-ignition orientation of coal seam must prepare the corresponding fire prevention measures ", took Changxing Mine as an example, the necessity of fire prevention measures were made.Combining Changxing Mine self-ignition orientation of geological conditions in the actual situation, as well as the coal mine safety regulations, standard of mine fire prevention(try out) and other relevant rules, regulations, the inhibitor for the spraying agent was given priority to grouting and auxiliary "monitoring and prediction and the inhibitor for the spraying agent + grouting", comprehensive fire prevention technology and application was put forward.. Practice showed that the effective fire prevention measures ensured Changxing Mine fire prevention work smoothly, which provided a realistic basis for other spontaneous combustion danger of mine fire prevention work.
