基于AHP的水泥粉磨站清洁生产评价体系指标权重的研究

AHP based research on the index weight of the cement grinding station cleaner production evaluation system

考察泰来水泥制品有限公司的实际生产情况,确定水泥粉磨站清洁生产评价指标体系,利用AHP进行分析,运用Excel进行权重求解和一致性分析,确定各评价指标的权重。研究结果表明,水泥综合电耗和水渣粉磨热耗两项评价指标的权重值远高于其它指标权重值,水泥质量、生产线物料粉尘防治、粉尘无组织排放评价指标的权重值也均高于同类其它指标。

The cleaner production evaluation index system of cement grinding station and the weight right of evaluation index were determined using AHP method and excel calculation as well as consistency analysis based on production practice of Tailai Cement Products Co.,LTD.The results shows that value of weight rights of both comprehensive electricity consumption of cement production and slag grinding heat consumption is much higher than that of other index.All values of weight rights evaluation indexes of the cement quality,the material dust prevention and control in line,and the fugitive emission of dust were higher than other similar index.
