With the analysis of mechanism and specificity of rural sludge turning fertilizer,the paper introduced the organic fertilizer produced by solar fully closed type sludge aerobic digestion drum and its technique,including mixing pre-condition sludge,adding effective fermentation bacteria,controlling solar fully closed type sludge aerobic fermentation system and secondary fermentation,leading to the shortening of fermentation cycle,quality optimization of organic fertilizer.
