风筝皮下蒂皮瓣在颌面部皮肤缺损修复中的应用探索

Exploration of the Kite Flap on a Subcutaneous Pedicle in the Repair of maxillofacial defects

目的:探讨"风筝"皮下蒂皮瓣应用于颌面部皮肤缺损修复的效果。方法:收集2012年1月至2013年1月期间,我院收治的颌面部皮肤缺损患者24例,采用"风筝"皮下蒂皮瓣进行修复,观察修复效果。结果:本组24例患者经"风筝"皮下蒂皮瓣修复后,皮瓣均获成活,随访显示皮瓣的外观、质地、功能均恢复满意,无明显的移位畸形以及扭曲现象。结论:"风筝"皮下蒂皮瓣应用于颌面部皮肤缺损修复操作简便、皮瓣存活率高、修复效果满意,值得推广应用。

Objective:To discuss the effect of “Kite” subcutaneous pedicle flap to repair facial skin defects. Methods:Collecting 24 patients with maxillofacial skin defect in the hospital from January,2012 to January,2013,and using“Kite”subcutaneous pedicle flap,to observe the repair effect. Results:Among 24 patients,after “Kite”subcutaneous pedicle flap,flap were survived completely. Follow-up visit showed flap appearance,texture,function recovered satisfactorily,without shift deformity and distorted phenomenon. Conclusion:“Kite”subcutaneous pedicle flap to repair maxillofacial defect of skin flap is easy to be operated,with high survival rate and satisfactory effects,and is worthy of popularization and application.
