髌骨骨筋膜瓣在习惯性髌骨脱位矫形中的应用

Application of Patella Fascia Flap in the Habitual Patellar Dislocation Orthopedic

目的:探讨习惯性髌骨脱位矫形对髌骨骨筋膜瓣的应用方法和效果。方法:选取我院自2011年8月~2012年8月收治的11例(13膝)行习惯性髌骨脱位手术患者为研究对象,应用髌骨骨筋膜瓣。结果:对所有患者进行3个月~1年随访,没有1例患者发生脱位复发,测量Q角为6~14度,平均9.4度,优良率为84.6%。结论:联合术式在习惯性脱位的治疗中具有较高的应用价值,切取方便,易于转归,可以大力推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the method and effect of habitual dislocation of patella orthopedic application on patella fascial flap. Method:Selecting 11 cases (13 knees) in the hospital during August, 2011 and August,2012 withi nertial patellar dislocation operation as the research object,and applying patella fascial flap. Results:3 months to 1 years follow-up was done for all patients,with no recurrence of dislocation occurred in 1 patient. Q angle measurement was 6~14 degrees,with 9.4 degrees on average and 84.6% excellent and good rate. Conclusion:The application of combined operation has high value in the treatment of habitual dislocation of cut,which is convenient and easy to recovery. It is worth promotion.
