自体脂肪移植丰胸术24例临床体会

Clinical Experience of 24 Cases with Breast Augmentation with Autologous Fat Transplantation

目的:总结自体脂肪移植丰胸术的手术经验。方法:选取在我院自体脂肪移植丰胸的24例为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:24例研究对象均顺利完成手术,术后3~90天进行跟踪随访记录,切口一期逐渐愈合,抽脂皮肤淤血、不平,乳房硬结等现象逐渐消失,最终恢复正常,外形良好。结论:自体脂肪移植丰胸术的手术时间短、损伤小、并发症少,丰胸效果佳,值得推荐。

Objective:To summarize the operation experience of autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation surgery. Method:24 cases of breast augmentation with autologous fat transplantation patients in the hospital in recent years were selected as the study objects,and their clinical materials were respectively analyzed. Results:All the 24 cases were successfully operated,after 3 days to 3 months follow-up track record,healing incisions were gradually cured,congestion and uneven problem of liposuction skin,and breast induration phenomenon were disappeared. They eventually returned to normal in good shape. Conclusion:The autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation surgery has short time,with less damage and fewer complications,and good breast augmentation effect. So it is worth application.
