摘要
目的:总结改良埋线重睑术的临床经验。方法:对2012年1月~2014年1月我院行重睑改良埋线术患者30例进行分析,总结手术方法及临床疗效。结果:重睑效果满意90%(27/30),一侧重睑消失6.7%(2/30),重睑变浅不满意3.3%(1/30)。结论:改良埋线重睑术临床操作较简单,手术时间短,效果可靠,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore clinical experience of double eyelid surgery. Methods:Analyzing 30 cases of double eyelid surgery from January,2012 to January,2014 in the hospital,and summarizing surgery and clinical efficacy. Results:90% cases(27/30) have satisfactory result,6.7% cases(2/30)have side eyelid disappeared,and 3.3% cases(1/30)eyelid shallow,which were in unsatisfactory result. Conclusion:Improved embedding eyelid surgery achieved satisfactory results,and it was worthy of recommendation and application.
