眶隔脂肪释放转位法下睑袋及眶下缘凹陷整复术

Orbital Septum Fat Release Inversion Method Lower Eyelid Bag and Infraorbital Margin Sucken Plasty

目的:研究并分析眶隔脂肪释放转位法下睑袋及眶下缘凹陷整复术的方法与疗效。方法:选择2012年1月到2013年1月在我院行下睑袋与眶下缘凹陷整复术的60例患者为研究对象,其中男性12例,女性48例,年龄为33岁~58岁,平均年龄为(45.3±2.5)岁,本组患者均行眶隔脂肪释放转位法下睑袋及眶下缘凹陷整复术,对本组患者的治疗过程进行详细记录与分析。结果:经过3~12个月的随访,60例行眶隔脂肪释放转位法下睑袋及眶下缘凹陷整复术进行治疗的患者中,1例复发,进行2次矫正手术,其余均取得理想的美容效果。结论:眶隔脂肪释放转位法下睑袋及眶下缘凹陷整复术安全有效,值得在临床推广。

Objective:To study and analyze the method and effect of orbital septum fat release inversion method lower eyelid bag and infraorbital margin sucken plasty. Method:60 cases from January,2012 to January, 2013 in the hospital with lower eyelid blepharoplasty with the infraorbital margin depression were selected as the research object. There were 12 men and 48 women,of 33~58 years old,with the mean age (45.3 ± 2.5) years old. Patients all underwent orbital septum fat release inversion method lower eyelid bag and infraorbital margin sucken plasty. The patients’treatment process were all recorded and analyzed in details. Results:After 3~12 months follow-up,among 60 cases of orbital septum fat release inversion method lower eyelid bad and infraorbital margin sucken plasty,1 cases had recurrence,and 2 correction operations were done on the patient. Satisfactory cosmetic result was gained. Conclusion:Orbital septum fat release inversion method lower eyelid bag and infraorbital margin sucken plasty is safe and effective,and it is worth promotion and application.
