摘要
目的:观察食物不耐受过敏原IgG检测后调整饮食对婴幼儿湿疹的疗效。方法:取食物不耐受过敏原IgG检测结果阳性婴幼儿湿疹患儿102例进行饮食调整,与单独外用药物"除湿止痒软膏"治疗婴幼儿湿疹患儿107例进行比较分析。结果:治疗组患儿2、4、6周有效率分别为44%、58%、77%,对照组2、4、6周有效率分别为20%、30%、36%。同期两组有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:食物不耐受过敏原IgG检测可以为婴幼儿湿疹患儿的喂养及添加辅食提供可靠的依据,避免了婴幼儿湿疹治疗的盲目性,明显缩短了治疗时间,使婴幼儿患者更容易接受。
Objective:To observe the effect of adjustment of diet on infant eczema treatment after food intolerance allergen IgG test. Method:Adjusting diet of 102 infants with eczema after positive result of food intolerance allergen IgG test,and comparing the effect of 107 infants with topical medications alone “dehumidification itching ointment”treatment of infantile eczema. Result:The effective rates of the treatment group after 2,4 and 6 weeks were 44%,58% and 77%; the effective rates of the control group after 2,4 and 6 months were 20%,30% and 36%. Through the comparison of the effective rate of the two groups, the treatment group is superior to the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Food intolerance eczema allergen IgG detection can provide a reliable basis for adding complementary feeding of children,avoid blindness infant eczema treatment,and significantly shorten treatment time so that infants were more likely to accept the treatment.
