Q开关1064nm激光小光斑低能量微爆破治疗褐青色痣的临床观察

摘要 目的:观察Q开关1064nm激光小光斑低能量微爆破治疗褐青色痣的效果,分析影响疗效的因素。方法:采用以色列飞顿医疗激光公司的雷霆大Q激光,波长1064nm,脉宽20ns,光斑2mm,能量50~200mJ,三个月治疗一次,4次为一个疗程。结果:80例面部褐青色痣经过一个疗程治疗后,18例皮损消失,恢复正常肤色,57例效果明显,皮损明显减退;5例自觉效果不明显,和治疗前变化不大,经过一个疗程4次治疗总体有效果率93.8%,一个疗程治愈22.5%。结论:这种治疗模式能有效的减少表皮损伤,减少色沉的发生,缩短了恢复时间,在保证治疗效果的同时减轻了患者的痛苦,更容易为患者接受,值得临床推广。 Objective:To observe the effects of Q-switched laser 1064nm small spot low-energy micro-blasting on brown blue nevus,and to analyze the factors influencing efficacy. Methods:Using Israel philton medical laser company’s Thunder big Q-switched laser with wavelength 1064nm,pulse width 20ns,spot 2mm and energy 50mj^200mj. Treatment was done one time every three months,and four times is a course. Result:After a course of four times treatment on 80 cases of facial brown blue nevus,18 cases of skin lesions disappeared and returned to normal skin color. 57 cases had obvious effects,and lesions significantly decreased; 5 cases of conscious effect was not obvious,and there was little change after treatment. The overall effective rate was 93.8%,and the cure rate was 22.5% after a course of four times treatment. Conclusion:This mode of treatment can effectively reduce skin damage and the occurrence of deep color,shorten recovery time,and to ensure the therapeutic effect while reducing the sufferings of patients. It is easier for patients to accept,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
