强脉冲光联合射频治疗面部皮肤光老化的疗效评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Facial Skin Photoaging Through Intense Pulsed Light and Radiofrequency Treatment

目的:观察强脉冲光联合射频对面部皮肤光老化的临床疗效。方法:将确诊为面部皮肤光老化的患者随机分为3组各120例,观察组采用强脉冲光联合射频治疗,对照A组只采用强脉冲光治疗,对照B组只采用射频治疗,对比三组患者的临床疗效。结果:3组患者症状均较治疗前好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后评分比较,对照A组与对照B组间无差异(P>0.05);观察组优于对照A组和对照B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:射频能够较好的对皮肤松弛进行改善,强脉冲光能够有效的治疗面部色素沉着和毛细血管扩张,二者联合可以相互促进从而实现对面部皮肤光老化进行有效治疗。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of using intense pulsed light combined with radiofrequency treatment on facial skin photoaging. Method:Randomly selecting 120 facial photoaging patients in the hospital from August,2009 to April,2013 in our hospital. All patients were randomly assigned into experimental group,control group A and control group B. Experimental group were treated with intense pulsed light combined with radiofrequency treatment,control group A were only treated with intense pulsed light, and control group B were only treated the radio frequency treatment. The clinical efficacy of the three groups were compared. Result:Patients in the three groups were all better,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Through evaluation comparison,there was no difference between control group A and control group B(P>0.05);The experimental group is superior to the control group A and control group B,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Radiofrequency can better improve the skin relaxation. Intense pulsed light can be effective in the treatment of facial pigmentation and telangiectasia. The combination of the two can promote each other so as to realize the facial skin photoaging effective treatment.
