调Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗太田痣的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect Observation of Ota Treated with Q-switched Nd:YAG Laser

目的:观察以色列飞顿二号Lovely II调Q1064nm激光治疗太田痣的临床疗效和安全性。方法:回顾性分析用调Q1064nm激光治疗太田痣患者40例。治疗1~6次和6次以上,每次治疗间隔2~3月,疗程结束后随访3~6个月,通过总结治疗结果,分析疗效。结果:调Q1064nm激光治疗40例太田痣,痊愈34(85.0%)例,痊愈率与治疗次数成正相关,即随治疗次数增加,痊愈率增高。结论:调Q1064nm激光治疗太田痣的疗效满意、安全,是该病的较好的治疗手段。

Objective:To observe the Lovely II Q1064nm laser in the treatment of the clinical efficacy and safety of 40 cases of nevus of ota. Method:Using Q1064nm laser on 40 cases of nevus of Ota. Treatment was 1~6 and more than 6 times,each treatment interval was 2~3 months,after the end of treatment were followed up for 3~6 months. Through retrospective analysis of treatment results,curative effect was analyzed. Results:Q1064nm laser in the treatment of 40 cases of nevus of Ota,34 (85%) cases were cured,the cure rate and treatment was positively was related to the times. Treatment times increased,and the cure rate increased. Conclusion:The curative effect of Q1064nm laser in treatment of nevus of Ota is in satisfactory and security, and is a better treatment method.
