三维热压根管充填治疗与传统冷侧压根管充填治疗的疗效对比观察

摘要 目的:观察比较三维热压根管充填治疗与传统冷侧压根管充填治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2013年1月~2014年1月在我所经检查确诊为上颌第一恒磨牙需根管治疗的患者120例作为研究对象,将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组60例患者。给予观察组患者采用三维热压根管充填治疗;给予对照组患者采用传统冷侧压根管充填治疗。对两组的临床疗效进行观察。结果:观察组的总有效率(96.67%)明显好于对照组的总有效率(85.00%),两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三维热压根管充填治疗比传统冷侧压根管充填治疗效果要好,值得推广应用。 Objective:To observe the difference between the effect of root canal filling three-dimensional thermal treatment and traditional cold lateral root canal filling treatment. Method:Selecting 120 cases confirmed the diagnosis of the maxillary first molar root canal therapy from January,2013 to January,2014 as the research object. The patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 60 patients in each group. The observation group were treated by three-dimensional hot root canal therapy; the control group were treated by traditional cold lateral root canal therapy. The clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed. Result:The total efficiency of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly better than the control group (85.00%). There was statistical different meaning between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Three dimensional hot root canal therapy has better treatment effect than traditional cold lateral root canal filling,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
