一次性根管治疗慢性牙髓炎的临床疗效研究

目的:总结分析一次性根管在慢性牙髓炎治疗中的效果。方法:选取2011年6月至2013年1月间在我院进行治疗的192例慢性牙髓炎患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法分为对照组92例,采用二次根管治疗,观察组100例采用一次性根管治疗,观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:经过治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为94.00%显著高于对照组的82.16%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);半年后复查结果显示治疗组的成功率为91.00%同样高于对照组的78.26%,(P<0.05)。结论:一次性根管治疗在慢性牙髓炎患者治疗中效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To summarize the effect of disposable root canal in the treatment of chronic pulpitis. Method:192 cases of chronic pulpitis patients from June,2011 to January,2013 in the hospital were as the research object. And according to the treatment methods,dividing 92 cases into the control group with the secondary root canal therapy, and 100 cases into the observation group with disposable root canal treatment. Observing and comparing the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Result:After treatment, the treatment group total effective rate was 94.00%,which is significantly higher than 94.00% in the control group. The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). The review result after six months shows that the success rate of treatment group was 91.00%,which is also higher than 78.26% in the control group,(P<0.05). Conclusion:Effect of one-time root canal therapy in the treatment with chronic pulpitis is significant,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
