根管治疗后烤瓷冠修复136例的临床观察

Clinical Obeservation of 136 Cases with Porcelain Crown Restoration After Root Canal Treatment

目的:探讨根管治疗后行烤瓷冠修复术的临床意义。方法:分析我院自2008年1月到2012年3月根管治疗术后行烤瓷冠修复术136例的临床资料。结果:136例患者根管治疗术后行烤瓷冠修复术,患牙折断率为0%;无症状和体征、硬板完整124例,占91.2%。结论:烤瓷冠修复的冠封闭作用能避免永久充填物脱落引起的细菌的渗漏侵入和牙折断,保留了患牙咬合功能,提高了根管治疗术的成功率,值得临床推广。

Objective:To confirm the clinical importance of porcelain crown restoration after root canal treatment. Method:Randomly selecting 136 cases with porcelain crown restoration after root canal treatment from January,2008 to March,2012. Results:Among 36 cases with porcelain crown restoration after root canal treatment,teeth broken rate was zero; the number of the cases with asymptomatic and sign,and whole hard plank was 124,accounting for 91.2%. Conclusion:The crown closed function of porcelain repair can avoid the invasion of bacteria and teeth break caused by fillings falling,remain the occlusion function of the ill teeth,and improve the successful rate of root canal treatment. So it is worth promotion.
