The Legal Dilemma in Anti-corruption through Microblog

微博在出现后的短短几年内便形成了新媒体时代的强大势力,而利用微博反腐也体现出异于传统反腐途径的生命力,并成效颇丰。同时这一全新的反腐形式由于法律规制的空白而乱象丛生,需要从现行法律规定和新立法中寻求出路,让微博反腐与传统的制度反腐接轨,在法律框架内规范有序进行。

Microblog has formed a powerful force in the new media era within a few years. Anti-corruption through microblog is different from the traditional approach in vitality and effectiveness. At the same time, the new form of anti-corruption is chaotic because of the gap in laws and regulations. We may seek a way in the existing laws and new legislation to make it proceed orderly within the legal framework by combining the microblog and traditional anti-corruption system.
