摘要
通过对维普数据库检索到企业界作者1989-2012年在CSSCI来源期刊发表的管理类论文的文献计量分析后发现,企业界作者在学术期刊上发表的管理类论文总体上呈现增长趋势。校企合作的论文数量也在逐步增加,2009年起,校企合作的论文数量已超过非校企合作的论文数量。校企两类作者合作论文的增加,既促进了企业界管理理论研究规范性的提高,也在一定程度上可以缓解管理理论与实践脱节问题。
Through the bibliometric analysis of management paper published in the source journals of CSSCI from 1989 to 2012 on the VIP database, we found:(1) the number of papers published by the enterprise authors in the academic journals was growing;(2) the number of papers written by the school authors and enterprise authors together was also gradually increasing, however, since 2009, the number of school-enterprise cooperation papers has been more than non schoolenterprise cooperation papers. The increasing in the number of school-enterprise cooperation papers not only promotes the quality of research from enterprise authors, but also, to some extent, can ease the disconnect between management theory and practice.
