摘要 情绪劳动策略对于员工个体绩效、心理健康和客户满意度都有重要影响。本研究考察变革型领导、工作投入和情绪劳动策略的关系。研究以企业中224名管理类员工为研究对象,采用问卷调查方式对员工的工作状态进行调查。结构方程模型分析表明,变革型领导对深层表现和自然情绪表现均有正向影响。变革型领导对工作投入有直接正向影响。工作投入部分中介了变革型领导和深层表现的关系,完全中介了变革型领导和自然情绪表现的关系。本文对研究的理论价值、实践意义和局限性分别进行了分析和讨论。 Emotional Labor has significant impact on employee performance, psychological wellbeing and customer satisfaction. This study aims to explore the relationship between transformational leadership, work engagement and emotional labor strategy. Data was collected from 224 employees in China. Structural equation modeling results demonstrate transformational leadership has positive effect on deep acting and expression of naturally felt emotions. Work engagement partially mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and deep acting, and fully mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and expression of naturally felt emotions. Implications of the fi ndings for theory, research, and practice are discussed.
