摘要 游戏化管理是把视频游戏的设计运用到企业管理中,把繁杂乏味的工作变得有趣刺激,使员工完成自我管理和激励。游戏化管理设计思路以积分制和经验值为基础,在此基础上遵循一定的设计标准和原则使员工激励达到最大化。90后知识型员工是社交媒体的一代,也是游戏的一代,游戏化管理对于他们来说激励作用尤其明显。具体到人力资源管理各模块,游戏化管理如何设计才能使管理和游戏达到完美契合?在游戏化管理运用中,还有指标全面量化的困难、持续创新的考验和需要强大的技术支持等问题,如何解决?本文对此进行了初步探讨,提出了一个具有创新意义的重大命题。 Gamifi cation management is the application of video game design to enterprises management, the complicated tedious work interesting stimulation, make the employees to complete the self management and motivation. Gamifi cation management design thought based on the system and experience, on the basis of the design standards and principles to follow certain employees incentives to maximize. The knowledge staff is the social media generation after 1990's, is the generation of the game, so the gamification management incentive effect is particularly obvious for them. Specific to Human Resource Management module, game to make management and management how to design the perfect fi t? In gamifi cation management application, and comprehensive measurement diffi culties, the test of continuous innovation, and need a strong technical support and other issues, how to solve? This article has carried on the preliminary discussion to these issues, and put forward an important proposition of originality.
