无内隔板箱型柱梁柱节点试验分析

摘要 钢框架柱外传力式梁柱节点是一种新型节点形式,通过2组共4种模型的静力加载试验,分析增设传力板与未增设传力板的应力分布和应力发展规律,结果表明对节点增设传力板有利于应力的改善,避免梁根部应力发展导致梁柱连接焊缝过早发生脆性破坏,从而对节点起到很好的加固和保护效果,实现柱外传力,本研究可为今后节点的加固工程应用提供参考依据。 A steel frame joint transferring forces outside box-column is one of the new joints. Four specimens under static loads are tested to investigate their mechanical behaviors. Distribution of stresses,development rule of stresses are analyzed. The test results show that the stresses of connection are improved by adding plates. In order to avoid premature brittle fracture near the butt weld with high stresses, as all the bearing capacity is improved by adding plates. It shows that the plates to transfer forces have well done in reinforcing joints, protecting very good for joints,realizing transfer to force around column. This type of joint can be used to some retrofit projects.
