摘要
结合石武客专郑州梁厂箱梁预制施工,介绍了900t预制箱梁冬季施工的蒸汽养护技术,通过蒸汽养护装置系统的自动温度测量和控制系统来研究和确定蒸汽养护技术的各项工艺参数,结合风力和循环水降温的方法,使预制箱梁的强度、温度及温差都能达到理想状态,既保证了预制箱梁的质量,又加快了台座的周转。
The steam curing technology for 900t precast box beam during winter construction has been introduced,combined with the precast box beam construction in Zhengzhou beam factory of Shi-Wu passenger dedicated Line. The process parameters of steam curing technology have been identified through automatic temperature measurement and control system of steam curing system. The strength,temperature and temperature difference of precast box beam could be in the ideal state through the methods of wind and water circulation cooling. The quality of precast concrete box beam not only has been guaranteed,the turnover of concrete pedestal,but also has been accelerated.
