摘要
选定位于永定河上游的张家口市作为研究区域.通过对其降雨量数据进行分析计算,给出降雨场次(事件)控制率及降雨量控制率的概念.探讨在永定河上游城市(以张家口为例)降雨场次控制率.当考虑控制降雨量及降雨场次为主导因素时,确定张家口市雨水控制利用设施的最优设计降雨量.
Taking Zhangjiakou city as study case,Which is located in the upstream of Yongding River,through the analysis and calculation of its rainfall data,the concept of controlling rate in terms of rainfall times and amount is discussed.if the amount and times controlling is considered as the prominent factor,the optimal design of rainfall Controlling and utilizing installation of Zhangjiakou City can be determined.
