摘要
锻造操作机主要用来夹持锻件并对其进行送进、旋转、升降等操作,配合锻造主机完成锻造任务.本文对钳杆旋转结构进行研究,并建立了满足控制要求的钳杆旋转机械模型与电比例泵控液压控制系统的模型.最后对基于虚拟样机的锻造操作机钳杆机液系统进行联合仿真分析.
The forging manipulator is mainly used to grip forging and complete such forging actions as feeding,rotating,parallel lifting,and so on by coordinating with the press or hammer.The tong rotation structure of forging manipulator is first studied in this paper.Then the mechanical model of tong rotation of the forging manipulator and the model of hydraulic controlling system of the sine pump are established that can meet the controlling requirements.At last,the mechanical hydraulic system of the forging manipulator based on virtual prototype is co-simulated and analyzed.
